Our Directors...

SYNTRO is run by our two directors: Mitchell & Vinnie.

Both come from a military background and have vast experience across numerous tactical areas of interest.

Their combined professional networks allow for the employment of many different subject matter experts who can be tasked to contribute to all manner of projects and operations.

Mitchell:

Mitch boasts a distinguished military career spanning 22 years of service in the Royal Navy.  

A medical professional by trade; he has worked in all environments, hostile and benign delivering medical effect where needed across the globe.  

As a senior operator; Mitch served at elite unit(s) bringing provision in the sphere of medical logistics and operational planning and has gained a BSc (Hons) degree in this field to supplement his extensive military training.  

Mitch is an affable and well liked guy who has developed countless working relationships with some of the brightest and best operators - including Doctors, Medics and high ranking Command & Control personnel.   

Mitch is actively engaged on interesting projects including some bleeding edge operations within the UAV delivery space.

Vinnie:

Vinnie built his tactical base within the Royal Air Force where he operated in a specialist infantry unit focused on Ground Based Air Defence and Force Protection.  A veteran of numerous operational tours - Vinnie conducted many further training courses in areas including Search Command, J2 Intelligence, Weapons & Tactics and Leadership.

Post leaving the military; Vinnie has worked in tactical private sectors and has operated at the highest levels in areas including Executive Protection, Security Management, Private Investigation and Mobile Surveillance.

Vinnie has supplemented his tactical knowledge with extensive further education; having attained degrees in International Relations, Politics & Economics and Post Grad Law.  

Vinnie is engaged in the management of a range of projects including - assisting elite Police units to track Organised Crime Groups (vehicle Crime) and various intelligence gathering operations for clients and organisations.
